Ms. Miller is a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression Relapse Prevention (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) and has created a Mindfulness-Based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (MBDBT) program, which integrates mindfulness meditation practices with DBT&apos;s cognitive-behavioral emotion regulation skills.</itunes:summary>
